FRP GRP Threaded rods
FRP threaded rods are manufactured using epoxy resins (or upon request, using other types of resin) and mould production technology. You can use non-magnetic and insulating tie rods without losing the fixing guarantee. The intrinsic qualities of the material give FRP fasteners a high axial strength, along with good cut resistance. Thanks to the use of MM fasteners in FRP, there are no problems with insulation and ground connections are therefore no longer necessary. Threaded tie rods are supplied in bars with threads of various sizes. FRP fasteners assure total safety against corrosion. They are available for outdoor applications especially for works in the presence of water and therefore subject to condensation in various fields such as civil and industrial construction, infrastructures, engineering and structural steelwork. They can be supplied in lengths up to 2,200 mm.
